EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and returned in their original packaging to ensure they are properly protected during transport.
Please email us at info@jewellerybymeraki.com and we will guide you through the exchange or return process.
Once we have received the product at our warehouse and confirmed its condition, we will proceed with the refund using the original payment method. This will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
